WORK is the category of occupation. Why what occupies us (work) should be so separate from what preoccupies us (sex) is another mystery. Baby boomers have generally worked their butts off so that they can stop working their butts off as soon as possible. WORK used to involve money, but this generation has figured out how to work with or without income. Despite the rush to stop working, many hate being unoccupied, so time will soon tell what boomer retirement will really do to us all. |
